- Free Shipping: EMS delivery in 15-25 days after dispatch for orders over £50 (ideal for planned upgrades)
Do you ship to my country?

How can I track my order?

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using tracked shipping – like our components, we believe in solutions you can rely on.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days – faster than breaking in a new saddle. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Do your products come with manufacturer warranties?
