At Xlc Industriea Shop, we stand behind our cycling components with the same confidence we have in our premium chains, cranks, and gear systems. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our returns process is as smooth as a well-maintained drivetrain.
Our Return Commitment
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition. All returns must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached – just like you’d expect when installing new components on your bike.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following components cannot be returned:
- Cleats (due to wear patterns being unique to each rider)
- Saddles (hygiene reasons)
Note: This doesn’t affect your statutory rights for faulty items.
Return Process
Follow these steps for a hassle-free return:
- Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return request template below.
- Wait for Authorization: Our support team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all protective materials.
- Ship Your Return: Send to our Plymouth address using a trackable service. Return shipping is at customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
- Inspection: We’ll inspect returned items within 3 business days of receipt.

Exchange Process
For exchanges (size or model changes):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Specify your desired replacement item in your return request
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Refund Information
Once your return is approved:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Faulty Items
If you receive a defective component (which is rare with our quality standards):
- Contact us immediately with photos/video of the issue
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
- Expect expedited processing for warranty claims
