Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95)
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes full tracking
- Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our components with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Our process is as streamlined as a perfectly tuned bicycle – simple, efficient, and designed to get you back on track quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Cleats (due to unique wear patterns developing for each rider)
- Saddles (for hygiene reasons)
This doesn’t affect your statutory rights for faulty items.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging with all protective materials included
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Repack items in original packaging with all protective materials. - Ship Your Return
Send to our Plymouth address using a trackable service. Return shipping is at customer’s expense unless the item is faulty. - Inspection
We’ll inspect returned items within 3 business days of receipt.

Exchange Process
For exchanges (size or model changes):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Specify your desired replacement item in your return request
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Refund Information
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
International Customers: Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Faulty Items
If you receive a defective component (which is rare with our quality standards):
- Contact us immediately with photos/video of the issue
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
- Expect expedited processing for warranty claims
