3.3 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Cleats (due to unique wear patterns developing for each rider)
  • Saddles (for hygiene reasons)

This doesn’t affect your statutory rights for faulty items.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline. We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Carrier: DHL or FedEx. Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50. Carrier: EMS. Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

5.2 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing.

5.3 Import Duties

International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging with all protective materials included
  • All tags and labels must be attached

  3. Repack items securely in original packaging
  4. Ship to our Plymouth address using a trackable service
